Well it'll be like the first Halo/2 because All you kill are grunts and those other aliens and well Gears 2 would Kick ass and yea halo's good but is also not fun Gears would be alot better than Halo 3 where you can just run and shoot people (unrealistic) but in gears you can actually stop take cover and fire it's not oo lets go and run in and kill people! gears is like... sniper get behind cover! Not well run past him and we'll be fine!(halo)
Definitely Halo 3. Gears of War was not all that great, I don't want them to make a second. The graphics were good in the first one, but the story was worth crap.
As much as I love Gears, id have to go with Halo 3 hands down, the Halo series just gives me a great feeling and I need to feel a clousure to the series.
Halo 3 without a doubt. Gears was great while it lasted, but that was all of 4 days. Crappy online play = zero replayability. With such an abysmally bad online in Gears, it's pretty hard to be convinced that Gears 2 will improve enough to hold more value than Halo 3.
why do people say the online play sucks in gears? I've never once had a problem with latency or finding matches, or any of the things that usually makes a bad online game. But, since Gow is already on the 360, I want to see halo 3 on the next gen, although I love both. Actually now thinking about it, I would play Halo 3, pass up GoW 2, and wait for GoW 3 to come up for sure.
I've never played Halo online, but from the video's I have seen from them I am willing to bet I would enjoy Halo3 more. I still like gears, but I do prefer an FPS.
