if you get a 360 with a HDMI port does it have falcon chip set ?

i'm on my 2'nd 360 . and i want to try one with the falcon chip set . (hopefully it'll last longer ). if you get a 360 with a HDMI port does that mean it has the falcon chip set? my first two 360's did not have the HDMI port.
