I am not big a fan of the horror genre but if I was a game designer I think horror games would be the most fun. Can you imagine just having the ability to hide some monster around the corner and be like "Alright, he'll walk over here and this dude will pop out right in his face". The possibilties are endless. And when you've finished the game you can watch people's reactions to certain scenarios. It would be great.
Free-roam games for me...I'd love to make a Pirate free roamer, where you can buy new ships, upgrade your ship. You can have different ways of getting crew, and different islands to explore and when you find a town you can be a nice pirate or in good Pirate nature, take the treasures, burn the town, kill the men, take the woman as slaves, and take the children in as disciples. There'd be pirate rivalries and other ships along the sea that would attack you. Different character types you could be, and a respect system kinda thing so if you don't keep your crew happy they'll turn on you. Pirates need to be recognized as badasses again, Pirates of the Carribbean made everyone think Pirates were all so handsome and nice, and if they weren't nice that they're mean in a charming way PFF YAH RIGHT!
i'm hoping to become a game designer so i guess for the games I have in mind of making I would say they fit the most in FPS or a hack n'slash genres...better yet I can make a fusion of both genres.

Mob games..hitman style godfather free roaming games. Kind of like The GODFATHER. I am good at making mob stories..when ever there is a school english essay on a free choice story guess what i do? and the characters all resemble my life for eg Angelo Catanzariti MOB BOSS :D:D awesome and cant wait for MAFIA 2:D
