So far it has an average of 9+, and the most popular gaming website just gave it a 9.1, so I'm guessing its good. MAN 4 MORE DAYS.

i believe you mean noone should ever trust gamespot. its their reviews which are ALWAYS wrong. ign is much closer to the truth. gametrailers is pretty consistently spot on as well.
IGN rates a bit high, but they won't give a 7 game a 9. Will be good. STILL don't think BioShock needed a sequel, but I'll be playing this one, one way or another.
Yeah its doing great! When I went to the GS home page a Bioshock 2 avertisement was going on and it had reveiw scores, Xbox Mag was 9.5, GamePro was 5/5 and another 5/5 from something I forgot.

I don't really care about review scores since they are just opinions. I'll buy a game if it looks fun to me, regardless of the score it gets.

The last time I did that was with Bionic Commando, numerous reviews warned me that the game wasn't that great but I bought it anyway, and it turned out that they were right. So I will always use reviews and do research no matter what.
