From what I've played... it should be near a 10. There is very little wrong with the game. Only thing I can think of would be the length and the last boss is a tad weak.
WHOA?!?! 6am tomorrow morning?! as soon as I take a shower tomorrow morning, I'm sprinting to my computer to read the review!!! lol, but yeah, I'm expecting a 9.3 or higher :D
im going to go ahead and guess a 9.7 however i have read very little about the game. But there is always an article on their website about Gears so im guessing its going to score high. I have finally decided to not read articles on games but rather to check the review scores once the game is out. It just ruins the WOW factor and/or everything in the game. I like to keep it a secret that way I can be a giddy little school boy when it is finally in my hands.

I didn't assume you were , I was just pointing out that Gears of War 2 won't be a 10 it will surely be rated highly though, I also agree with you though if it doesn't get a perfect score there will be complaints best to stay away from the boards on that day :)
