these are all good suggestions, but you should seriously try renting until you find what you want. I recomend a game site like http://www.gottaplay.com or gameznflix.com or even gamefly. the cost is well worth it for the amount of games you get to play
G.R.A.W is only good if your looking for a good military themed single player shooter. And the c0-op is fun to. But the online play is just boring as hell and full of campers lying down in grass. If your looking for a good MP shooter get Gears or Rainbow. Also check out Dead rising, PGR3 (kinda old) or COD3(which also has terrible Multplayer imo) but good single player. GH2 is aslo fun. This is all opinion but ultimatly you should rent a few games first.

Personally I like Gears of War, Graw 2, and Guitar Hero II the best out of your list. MLB2k7 is also really good.
