....around 730-800 bones....and while I don't plan on spending all of it, there are some things I'm hoping to get, including:

-Renew my Live Gold 1 year

-Condemned

-Dead Rising

-Burnout Revenge

-Quake 4

-XBLA Assault Heroes, Contra, Worms, Doom

and also... (a bit off topic sorry)

-Nintendo DS Lite

-Mario Kart DS

-Metroid Prime Hunters

-Asphalt GT

-Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow

Anyways, I probably won't get ALL of that at once. But I plan to spend a huge chunk of the taxes + out of my own pocket. Dawn of Sorrow I already found and bought on Amazon, and Live Gold I'll probably pick up today. Only game I might not be able to get in one pass is Dead Rising, but seeing as how Dawn of the Dead ( 1978 ) is one of my top 5 favorite films of all time, its a definite buy!. And yeah, I know that Quake 4 sucks for most people but I'm a hardcore fan and still will buy it. I played the demo and I loved it!

So what do you guys think? And also, what are you spending YOUR tax return money on?

I guess Quake 4 is one of those rare exceptions where I actually buy a game that got less than 8.0 on GS. To be fair, they haven't always been right, and even Gametrailers.com gave it 8.9 in their review. Another example is Area 51 (like resistance). I played the demo and loved it, yet it got only 7.2. Bottom line is, I played the demo both online and off and I loved it. It automatically brought up in me those fond old memories of playing Quake 1, 2 and 3 for the first time.

Well - you could put your tax return into a savings account...but games are a good choice  :P

The ones you listed there should keep you occupied for quite a while.
