Quake IV is $25 all over the place and it comes with Quake II. Worth it for Quake II alone IMO.
You could also get Viva Pinata (very underrated), Table Tennis (next-gen Pong for $20?), DOA 4 (frustrating single player, but good multiplayer), There's also all kinds of Xbox games that are BC you can get pretty cheap... GTA series, Fable, Sid Meier's Pirates (a personal favorite), Conker Live And Reloaded, KOTOR, Forza (that one's only like $8 now), etc.

Condemned is pretty cheap now and thats a kick ass game. Also Perfect Dark Zero is quite cheap if you love multiplayer (online or off). Fight Night Round 3 is also excellent should you be into that sort of game.Â
dead rising is still 60$ new (in the states) you would think it would've gone down by now but no im looking for dead rising 30$ or under cant find it even strores are selling used copies for 55$

Spend $20 more and get Crackdown. The Halo 3 beta will keep you busy for 3 weeks then after that Crackdown is an excellent sandbox game that is super fun to play. The game will take you about 20 hours to complete most stuff, more time for some of the difficult achievements like 500 ability orbs and 300 secret orbs, then there is online co-op which is very fun. Downloadable content for Crackdown is on its way to extend its life further.Â
So right now I think Crackdown gives the most bang for your buck with the game and the beta upcoming.

thats a it off thecuffbut Fight night is pretty cheap as well as the previous years madden
