i know what you mean. cod 4 mponly works about 50% of the time and the dashboard is always kind of slow now. why can't ms just fix the problem and be done with it?
I would normally pass on this, but he is right. the new update F'd the dashboard up. The whole format is F'd. updates are suppose to improve and evolve not make worse and slow the whole system up. if live isn't working you can't even see the first 3 blades without signing out.
mine xbox wont even play new games like i got mass effect for xmas an it wouldnt even workit tock 8 to 12 trys to get it on just turnin it on an of im gona leave my xbox on for the next 24 hours to get a new one because this is a peice of s*** plus dash board wont work
wow, i have no problems at all, i guess you guys got deeboed...but really, my live account expired for the past week and im not feeling like OMG MUST BUY 3 MONTH CARD NOW.......kids are getting too dependant on MP gaming....they think it's all that's to play nowadays
Ok I live in Maine its 18 Degrees out and we're buried in snow. Not to mention it's like 10:30 here.

Thats not the only problem, I am on my 3rd xbox from them lucky for me I bought the warranty every time and this one I have now is acting up.. Every aspect of the 360 has caused me problems!
It's complete garbage. I can't even send messages to people sometimes. XBL being connected to the dashboard like that is so dumb. Online problems shouldn't affect your console. > __

Yeah its kind of making me sick too because all this same stuff has been going on since before the update and now its happening again I'm just sick of it I mean I love my 360 but sometimes the slow dashboard and not being able to play on live when I want to when I pay for it starts to get annoying I think I just might pick up a PS3 so I can use it when my 360 is acting up.

Ya dude I have a PS3 and the online isn't my favorite but it isn't always down like this nonsense. And it's not that I can't handle xbox live being down now and then it's the fact that even without live I have problems. I have to pay like 38 bucks for the warranty each time gamestop gives me a new 360 and it's not worth all of the stress and money that it takes to use it. I didn't spend all of this money to get stressed out. I love playing videogames and I bought it for fun. But when every part of your setup is messing up, you have a right to be UPSET. ANd to all those who say they don't have these problems, Great! I'm very happy for you!
yeah TC dont play online ur dashboard and games will work... and im sure live will be back up and running by next week sometime.... im playing single player orange box,oblivion and AC to keep me busy untill then...
A lot of people must ofjoined xbox live over the holiday. For live to have sooo many problems, that is the only reason I can think of. If everybody noticed that this all started happening during these holidays. The will have to increase servers and bandwidth again. I feel for everybody but I say dont disconnect so they know what needs to be done. They better give some type of reimburstment.
i mean i agree it is very irritating and frustrating...but im not ready to sell my 360 over this. haha i mean i just play single player until things work themselves out. get a job, girlfriend, life, etc...if you can't wait for them to fix it.
I have experienced no problems with my 360. I don't know why TC is so irate with the quality of his 360. The only "slow" experience was playing Gears of War on-line the other night and I noticed some lag, but playing games themselves, I've had no problems.
(I'm putting this in everything I write here now) No I'm not flaming so please don't mod me for no reason, I'm just stating my opinion, even if it differs from the opinion of the topic creator.

Think outside of the box. Things just happen and somethings tale some time. Be patient and things will return to normal. Its a great time to play single player or catch up on some reading.

i like my ps3. although i'm not big on online gaming. In dec. I spent all my spare cash on games andI got uncharted, rachet and call of duty for ps3, mario galaxyfor wii, and assasians creed for 360. It is a great time for gaming no matter what system you have. stop complaining.

I know But like if you get so Mad just cause it doesn't play just for a little bit..Than you are really Living on it..Cause I have been down there before I member When I play Halo 2 when it came out ffor like 12 hours Straight and Crap so Dude I not Judgeing you cause I would be judgeing me too and alot of other people as well..
