So I was tking on COD4 just for fun, then all these guys were like "Let's go file a complaint saying he's tampering!"

Can I actually get banned? Even if I haven't tampered or anything?

you really cant get your x-box live name banned for 3 or 4 complaints. But you have to ask your self this question.....if you are TK excessively do you even deserve to play....?

I think you could be suspended, and prob deserve to be. Why play online if all you are going to do is screw it up for the people that take it seriously. You're so contradictory it's not even funny. I'm not a pro gamer, I think the concept of one is hilarious. That doesn't mean everytime I play a game and get TKed on purpose, that I'm ok with that. I would have filed a complaint against the guy doing it too. If it's just for fun, it should be fun for EVERYONE. Think about it... if that happened over and over to you... would you still play the game?

If someone TKs me I have just as much fun disregarding the game at hand to hunt him down repeatedly than actually playing.

Someone should care about their statitistics if they were in say MLG and getting paid to win, but to the average joe on Xbox Live those statistics are a frivolous number with no meaning outside of that game. And unless you #1 on the leaderboard noone gives a rats ass what your K/D ratio is or your accuracy.

In real life you wouldnt team kill and also I agree wih ket in your lifetime or anyone elses lifetime youd never make it within he to 1000 on the leaderboards. Also if is so bad why did IW put it in the game also on ranked matches?
