In need of a new game

I want a new game. Something that'll last me a while and is addicting. I tend to get most addicted to RPGs, and was watching a friend play Wolverine Origins and it looked so tight. I'm curious if it'd really be worth buying tho...? I was also very interested in Prototype. I have heard that Assasins 2 will be around soon, along with Forza 3. I would appreciate Live capabilites too as I like online features.

All in all I dont know if I should get a game now or wait (I'll be moving into an appt and such with a buddy, so I'm on a semi-tight budget)

Wolverine and Prototype are both worth a rent as both are a bit short imo.
