Why do this? You void your warranty and your Xbox will never be repaired if it breaks. Also, if you send it in to Microsoft they fit it with a new cooler now.
And you never know if what you did works or not. And now you don't have warranty anymore. Risky move if you ask me.
I can't tell you exactly, but there are sure signs that the intercooler has been on... On the side note, those things are killed more 360's then they helped. Its a really risky move there. (As to the people who say it plugs in on the outside, it still of course plugs "in" to the console and of course runs off the power that the console puts out.)
alright then ill take it off, cuase it hasnt broke yet... so even if it breaks later on it wont be blamed on the cooler, hopfully. But warenty is almost up anyways, i need to buy a new one.CQckRooster429
That's a good idea. I wish I had bought store warranty instead of going by Microsoft warranty. Instant swap > waiting 7 weeks.
