Infinite ammo in RE5

If I upgrade a gun all the way before beating the game will I automatically get infinite ammo when I do complete it?

That I know. That wasn't the question. I haven't beat the last mission yet but I fully upgraded several of my guns and I was asking if I would automatically get it after I beat it.

o well in that case no still. you need to have enough points to unlock infinate ammo. the points you get from scores on levels and from getting the symbols in different levels. the more points you have the more you can unlock iive played through5 times but still only have about 9 weapons with infinate ammo. i bough many fiigurines thogh and i should not have. spend them wiselsy. the shotty with infinant ammo is the best imo
