For awhile I had one of the first batches of the xbox 360 premium. It lasted me from launch until about now. It started to freeze everytime I played a video game, and it rarely read discs. So I went out and got a brand new xbox 360 elite. Now old xbox 360s had the 203W power brick, but with the new 360s they are coming out with it is a 175W brick because of the new falcon chipset. I want to go get an intercooler to make sure my xbox 360 stays constantly. I've always had a fan on my xbox 360 blowing air in the side vent but the problem with fans is that they tend to blow dust into the xbox 360, which in the long run can make things gradually get worse as I found out with my old xbox 360. So I've been thinking of getting this intercooler EX(black) because instead of blowing air in, it blows the hot air out much stronger than the stock xbox 360 fans do. It sounds like they fixed the intercooler with all the melting issues, but my problem is with the power supply. It is 175W and not 203W, and since the intercooler zaps power from the 360 I am afraid to get it and screw my 360 over. I don't know if they've changed the intercooler to work off of 175W or if it doesn't matter about the power supply or sometihng. So I'm just wondering if I should get it or not? What precautions should I take or is there an alternative solution to cooling my xbox 360.

Hell NO! the XB360 works and lasts longer with no extra help. Just take care of it. I'm on my 6th month with my original Elite.
