Hello, I recently had a power outage while I was playing on my 360 and when I turned it back on I could'nt (and still can't) connect to live. I'm on wireless and when I tested my connection it failed at the IP test. I have tried everything and nothing has worked. What would you guys suggest doing? Or has this happened to any of you? Any suggestions will help!! Thanks

Can you get online with your computer? If you can then their shouldn't be a problem I am aware of. If problems persist call 18004myxbox and have fun with M$ customer service.

Sometimes my connection does that, what i usually do is turn my 360 off, then unplug my modem and router and plug it back in. But i'm on a satalite connection so i don't if unplugging a Cable Modem or DSL Modem would work...but i personally would try unplugging the router then plugging it back in.

the same thing has been happening to me for the past couple of days and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. i got on once, but the moment i tried to go to the marketplace of play a game it diconnected me and i haven't gotten on since. i have a wireless network too, so if anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks guys!:D
