I just bought a new copy of Dead Rising 2 for $31 on eBay.
Is that a good price?

That's a great price for great game! It was and still is worth the $64 plus change that I bought it for on the day that it was released. It is alot of fun to play as I have completed it once by myself and with a friend on co-op, and I about to start it again for a third time.
For a console copy yeah comes out to around what the pc version sells brand new regularly. I got my copy during the steam sale for $16 and its a fun game but i hate when you die and lose all your progress...
