Its big enough if you just have saved games on it.

If you install games, get DLC, rip audio CDs, etc. its too small.

Also keep in mind that you don't actually get to use the full 20GB. The "20GB" HDD my 360 came with only had about 13GB free after I deleted all the promo stuff and demos.

Nononono its not a 20 gig. Microsoft gets you by saying its a 20 gig but its really a 13 gig. Seriously the other 7 gig they say is being used for system use.

I hated the 20 GB way too small and its only gonna get worse if you like Arcade games because MS just allowed developers to extend arcade games' limits up to 1.2 GB

for barebones game saves its ok. if you do any amount of dl itll run out quickly and it sounds like youll be going after map packs and levels so id say no. itll get you going but it will become an issue eventually. its worth spending the extra 50 bucks now to get the bigger drive.

Not really when I got a NEW 120G harddrive it comes out to be 103G's when I first used it.

Now it has 80G+ cause I save most of my games on the 512MB memory card.
