Is assassins creed supposed to be good?

i dont know if my friends are dumb.. but they all said that magazines say the controls are hard and that its supposed to be a big letdown.. anyone have anything that would make this inaccurate?

Ive only heard good reviews so far but I know that the controls are definatly going to take some time to get used to but otherwise, its going to be amazing.

You heard that from the developers. They've done as**t hot job of marketing the game and giving you the wow factor, but did anyone see the E3 demo and how broken it was. and that thing was on rails showing us only the best bits. The game is going to be between 7.5 and 8.0. you can quote me.
