I've found myself playing Halo 3 a lot more than CoD4 recently, and its almost entirely down to the fact that I can have a friend play splitscreen with me on LIVE. I hardly ever play online whilst on my own anymore, I'd rather play campaign.
i think i am just gettin tired of playin online games in general. im soo tired of the stress and competitiveness. o well. ill start playin some single player games and then come back to cod 4..
nope not at all I'm pretty sure you're probably one of the very few too.. halo 3 is still fun but see halo did get boring cod 4 hasn't.. both are great mp games though
Goin through prestige again and again sucks, but playing at Level 55 losses it thrill too after awhile. I'v noticed more and more of my friends are playing other games now, and It not as fun when you play with abunch 13 yr olds noobs who think they know what their doing and end up dying first. Hopefully the patch in march will refresh things.
Well, I usually prefer single player games, but there's something about CoD4 that's managed to keep me interested so far. I only got it somewhat recently and I'm only level 49 on my first time through the ranks though, so that might be why I'm not bored of it yet.
The only game that never, ever got old for me was Gears of War (this generation). Despite its major flaws, there's just something that keeps bringing you back.
I've never played COD4, but i played halo 3 since christmas straight without playing any other games. and within a month, it got boring to the point of me just loosing because of boredom. So i moved onto other games, and went back and played halo 2. Haven't played Halo 3 in like 2 weeks..
its wearing thin, so im trying to better myself...i think if i ignore my K/D ratio, then i can go become a legendary sniper (i'm practising with pistols as well to get excellent with them) try doing different things...
I usually continuously switch between gears of war and CoD4 so no its not getting that boring but i usually only play CoD4 with some friends in a party
