i downloaded the demo of this off of the marketplace, and it is a very good game. in all the same day, i'm also renting it right now. great game. ragdoll physics makes everything funnier lol.
i thought it was amazing and the 423,000 sales figure from NPD just released speaks for itself. I spent about 23 hours total before i beat the game its amazing how much fun trying to dodge gang members while collecting orbs never gets old after 3-4 hours. My suggestion is buy it and take your time with it do not blow through it, try and co-op with your friend but take some time don’t concentrate on killing the gang leaders fast.
The game is great. To be honest with u the graphic style of this game is one of the best. I cant understand why people say that the graphics dont impress them when all they have to do is play it and see it in motion. If u get on top of buildings and look around and see the draw distance and how great things look and it plays u will be sold.Â
That is just my opinion. By the way if you play any other game like gta or saints row after this they wont seem the same anymore cause you will be like I wonder if I could get up there but u wont be able to :DÂ

See, the graphics actually don't suck, but I think I know what you heard. The character models are not as amazing as other games like Gears, Fight Night or Vegas, but there's more to graphics than just character models. Every building is different, the explosions are amazing and the draw distance is about the best I've seen in any game. You can stand on top of the biggest building in the game and see for miles around you, most other games don't give you that. Plus, its an open ended game, they have always been more about what you can do than how amazing everything will look.
As for only killing gang leaders, sure that's all the game has if you plow through it. But really, the game is about doing whatever you want. Seriously, collecting agility and hidden orbs is a lot of fun. You can also do my favorite thing and stack fars as high as you can, stand on top, then blow the entire stack. Or you can play coop online and play one of the 50+ coop games that people have come up with.Â
Crackdown is a great game, you just have to think out of the box. If you intend on only plowing through the single player, don't bother with it, you need more creativity than that.
graphics are not amesing but the game is amesing nough said. i'd get this game over gears any day.just couse there is so much stuff and playin coop WOW crazy.
i dont think its a good game. i might buy it if it costed less just because of the halo 3 beta invite. i say you play the demo or rent it before you buy it.
The game was cool at first....but after beating it and leveling all the way up, not much else to do. Wish I had rented the game for the weekend instead of purchasing it.
