I think I'm the only person that will say this... but I liked the save system. Sure, it would have more than one save slot (not that I would have used it because your level passes to new games), but having to save in specific locations made it more intense.
The only thing I wish it had was a sandbox mode where all you have to worry about is killing zombies and not completing the cases or running out of time like infinity mode
thanks i think i wont get it now , cuz you gave me a good idea of the game. THanksI think I'm the only person that will say this... but I liked the save system. I think it got boring after the first hour so Im glad i rented it.Shade-Blade
You evidently didn't give it a good chance.
the save system is a normal save system. Just like any other RPG or other game. CoD and GoW only has 1 save slot. People need to stop being babies.
DEAD RISING RULEZ!!!!
[QUOTE="slayer3039"]the save system isnt that bad, its sort of like gta's save systemtaylor888
too bad thats not the case...
How is it not? In GTA games you can only save in certain buildings spread around the city. At first there is only 1 save point. In Dead Rising you can only save in bathrooms or the maitenance room, and they are spread pretty evenly around the mall. Sure you could have more than 1 slot but I never even used more than 1 save slot on GTA games.
The save system was annoying early in the game when I was still getting used to the frantic pace of the game, what with a million side missions popping up like crazy in addition to the main story. But after gaining a few levels with more health and item slots its not that bad at all.

No, I played it for several hours. I just thought it got boring. So wait, you can save more than once just not use more than one slot? I was under the impression that you could only save one time throughout the whole game??? If this is true that you can save more than once but just use the one slot I'll have to pick it up. I never use more than one slot on any game anyways.

Heh, now that would be a pretty poor save system.
You can save in 2 different slots if you have a hard drive and a memory card. But i think that the save system is good fot this game because if it were like oblivion, it would be extremely easy! Besides, you can't get tired of killing zombies!!! the only thing I hated it were the hostages AIfelipealcar
Yeah the hostages were complete idiots, kinda like in the movies. Matter of fact I yelled at the screen alot, just like when watching a zombie flick.
