The reason Goldeneye never came was because there were too many companies who had a stake in the rights and nobody would agree to a deal. Donkey Kong is the intellectual property of Nintendo so you will never see it on XBLA
Nope. Rare has worked on Donkey Kong and Star Fox, but there were origonally Nintendo properties, so Rare didn't take them over to Microsoft. Banjo-Kazooie, Conker, Perfect Dark, andKameo (Which was in development at the time)were all owned and created by Rare, so here we are. As about GoldenEye, there's Nintendo, Microsoft, andActivisonfightin' over that game...
Nope, because of Nintendo, but I would love to see Killer Instinct 1 and 2 on XBLA, seeing how we got Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie and the upccoming Perfect Dark.
Donkey Kong was created by nintendo, and they still retain the rights to that franchise. They allowed rare to make games on the snes and n64 with the donkey kong license, but nintendo still owns the license. So, the only way that you'd ever see a donkey kong game on xbl arcade is if microsoft bought nintendo or at least bought the rights to donkey kong.
Nintendo characters? On a Microsoft console? There would be lawsuits up the you-know-what if it actually happened. So no. But technically speaking, may require some coding, but if Rare could do it with the first two B-K titles, they could possibly do the same with DK64. It's only the COPYRIGHT held by Nintendo that might stand in the way. And the people at Rare can have it once they pry it out of Nintendo's cold, dead hands.
No, that's like asking if Halo could go to Nintendo if they get Bungie to develop for the Wii. Nintendo character stays on Nintendo systems. It's not hard to understand. Banjo, Perfect Dark are Rareware IP's.
I want more Dreamcast games on XBL arcade. I want Speed Devils, Shadowman, and Fur Fighters, even though I already have Shadowman and Fur Fighters on PC.
Unless Nintendo grants the rights to Donkey Kong on the Xbox 360. I don't think that will ever happen, but it would sell big and be a great addition to the arcade. I think Nintendo would actually be generous to do such a thing, since they've practically given away free points to people who bought the internet channel last year.
Hey, you never know. There were whispers and even actual gameplay footage of a Halo DS from IGN(not talking about the Golden Eye thing), which means that Microsoft had to be on terms with Nintendo considering Microsoft Studios took part in making it. So who knows, maybe Microsoft is planning to endorse the DS instead of creating their own portable, which means Nintendo wouldn't mind slipping some games to XBL Market Place. More money in their pocket. Either way, i'm probably far off and dreaming.

I thought since RARE Ltd. made it, it would possible come over to XBL as Banjo Kazooie did (not to mention more Rare Ltd games like PDZ were on Xbox). But seeing how Banjo wasn't an exclusive to Nintendo, it makes more sense.

Doesn't matter who made it. Nintendo owns the character so it's never coming to XBLA.
