No, not really. There are some 'creepy' moments but you won't piss your pants. But the game itself is awesome, so it really doesn't matter all that much.
I agree with the above. I own it on the PC, but no it isn't scary as such. Sure, it's creepy but nothing scary. It's a great game though, with awesome firefights and excellent AI.
It depends, if you get crapped up by games like condemed then yeah it will probably **** you up, there are some rather scary moments like that little girl thing ARGH!
Somewhat - but not over the top. If you thought "The Ring"(movie) was "scary" then you would probably say yes. But mostly it's just super cool action with paranormal elements and yes there is a minor fright here and there - but nothing too crazy. :)
not really but yeh if your just sorta roaming through killing everything with the pump not paying attention you might be like WHAT WAS THAT but other than that no plus you know when something *scary* is coming up anyways you get a feel for it after playing for awhile plus the music changes and doors close for no reason.....
well, to get the full effect every time me and my friend played, it would be down in the cellar with no lights. That helps if you want a creepier experience. Really fun game, good for a scare
