Is General RAAM extremely difficult or is it just me?

This is probably a lil late, but I'm playing the PC version and GOW is a mighty fine game. I'm posting on here as you guys are probably a lot more familiar with the game than PC users.

Back to the topic. I've been battling this guy for about an hour last night, and he just keeps kicking my arse!!!!! What strategy did you use to beat him?

He is a rather hard boss

i dont know anyone that killed him on their first try

take your time keep your distance stay away from the dark use the torque bow and the longshot sniper from a distance and try to make every shot a head shot especially with the bow you can also throw your grenades at him this helps alot.

He wasnt hard for me until i played it on the hardest difficulty.. then it definatly is quite toughkozzy1234

He's a bit tricky. I basically used the long shot and kept picking him off. Make sure you stay out of the dark spots or the Krill will get you. When Ramm gets real close to you, roadie run to the other side and repeat the process. He should go down after a few minutes.JFRocker

That's my tactic, except when I run to the other side I run to the turret, which usually finishes him off.

Hehe, well then yes if its on hardcore then it is rather hard.

Are you doing it COOP with someone else? or is it just you?

My cousin is still stuck on that damn boss on hardcore also hehe.

I didn't know that there were any light by the turrets. I think that I will employ that strategy. My two year old son was cheering me on last night, but that didn't help much....lol!!!

You will do it eventually though :P

Torque Bow rounds to the body and Sniper rounds to the face. Pepper with grenades and have a good time.
