Well i would find it highly unlikely that it wouldn't be in their. But GTA series is usually built on playground principles where you can do anything. Even if it isn't, just land a helicopter on a building and jump off.

lol. i hope they do, but if not i'll still love it. parachuting off a building, or going into GTA style time square and shoot em up? or how about parachuting off a building into time square..
