I think that halo 3 is going to be an awesome game but i was just wondering how many of you gamespot users thought that Halo 3 is going to be bad or on the other hand amazing like i think it will be. and if u think its gonna be bad then y r u thinking something like that!!!!!!!!!!
I'm expecting it to be a very solid game. I expect campaign to be very fun as usual. I know it was only the Beta, but I think multiplayer will be pretty close to what everyone experienced playing the Beta. I dont think it will be revolutionary since we pretty much know what to expect, but I don't think it will disappoint many players; excluding those who don't like it because they aren't good at the game and those who dislike it cause they hate to agree with the majority of people.
As near perfect as you can get from a game. Microsoft is putting everything it can behind Halo 3's launch, and look at the amount of people working on it, a huge staff to make sure every little thing will be in order. Halo was amazing, Halo 2 was truly a game to remember (except the ending of course left us to wait until Halo 3).I've even gone to the lengths of buying the Legendary Edition of the game...........yeah I know it.......its a Halo fan thing. Can't wait for Sept 25th.........I'm even going to the midnight launch at EB Games just down the road from me. Its time to finish the fight, though i don't think Bungie is that foolish to not find someway to make a prequel (besides Halo Wars coming out), if you think about it that way, its finishing the fight.........but then starting it. Who knows. The Biggest game in the industries history for a reason.
I am expecting Halo 3 to be good but like some of you guys have said we have to wait and see.Now with multiplayer and customization IMO I think nothing will go wrong with it.Like the other guy said it rests on the single player campain.As long as it is long and has some kind of twist to the plot it will be good.I mean if you add Halo's campain with Halo 2's multiplayer and other things among that hopefully that will equal Halo 3
I think it is going to kick ass, it will b awesome. Any one that truely thinks that halo 3 is going to suck can listen to this news...Halo 3 has already sold so many copies b4 it has even came out that microsoft has boasted thaton the day that it comes out it will set the record for the most sold media release ever.....that is some intense stuff for something that has not even came out yet. Bungie cannot have made a bad game, microsoft would not have backed it as much as it did, so to conclude my message I will say this. We are going to see a truely great game, i will not say perfect because I feel that no game is perfect

Don't forget about COD4 because in my opinion it will be better than halo maybe not in a multi player experience but gameplay wise yes.
Well I'm not interested in it. The only way I would buy another Halo game is if Bungie took out Multiplayer. Just to show theve focused on the single player. If you ask me it was pretty obivious were all the money and attention went into Halo2 and it wasnt the single player. Some may say this is madness but I never played games for multiplayer, I come for single player only.As long as your not a fighter or sport game I could'nt care less about the online capabilities.
If you like Halo, shooters, and online multi-player then Halo 3 will be great. If you like multi-player, but not shooter so much then it will be good. If you hate both, then it will be bad.
I think it is a game that anyone can get into. Not everyone will like it but it is unlikely. I don't like shooters normally but I like Halo :)

That's exactly it. So many people are stoked for this game, Bungie didn't really have a choice but to make it a good game. All their production documentaries really show how much pressure they had on them to make this a great game. Hving experiece from Halo 2, they knew people were going to play this game for the next half decade, and when the next Microsoft console comes out, it will play this as well.
