is halo 3 going to clean up gears?

so here is what i want to know who thinks halo 3 will sweep all the noobs out of gears?

is this a good or a bad thing? and what game is going to be able to stear noob multypler fps'ers off halo3?

could it be team fortress 2 or is there somthing i dont know about?
