Is it just me, or is this summer going to be kinda dry?

I mean I can't think of one game that is going to be released this summer that will be worth buying. All the good games are coming out later this year in the fall or winter. I'd settle for just a decent game this summer or a old game that I don't have already. Problem is I already have all of the good games that I know off. I'm really into FPS, especially ones with real modern weapons like COD4. Only problem is that I've played COD4 to death, I have over 26 days worth of in game multiplayer time and I've played Halo 3 to death also. I thogth COD5 would be a refreshing game, but shortly after buying it last November I realized that it was just kind of blah and I didn't really like the WWII setting which was long ago ran into the dirt. Can anyone think of a good game I could play this summer since not much is coming out?

Ummmm, no. I am playing Gears of War 2, Halo Wars, Halo 3, Lost Odyssey. On hold I have Blue Dragon, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and plan on buying Prototype. Then I plan on getting Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Yeah, I think there are plenty of games to play, at least for me.

Edit: I forgot to mention arcade games: Family game night, Uno Rush, Peggle, and Castle Crashers.

It seems like it, but I'm perfectly content with that. There are so many games from last year and even before that that I haven't gotten a chance to play yet. I actually just bought seven games in the last two days, and I already had three games I haven't started yet and another one that I'm barely into it. Plus there are still at least two more from last Fall that I still want. This summer's going to be some nice catch-up time for me.

Last year, it was just Bad Company that got me through and this year looks like Red Faction could be it.

Idiot... you said that the day of E3. I mean theres so much gameplay of games this week that might get you to buy mabye even a naruto game. I'm also predicting lots of demos.
