Is it just me or is XBL not working.....

I haven't been able to connect to xbl for 3 days...and everytime i go to check why. the XBL fails. all my connections are fine but it still wont work. My roommate 15 feet from my room can get on his xbl and play halo...but my other roommate 5 ft from him can't get it either..it's so rediculous. it's as if MS randomly disables accounts so xbl can run smoothly for SOME ppl....i just hope i'm not the only one. this is complete BS!!!!!!!!
