I think all you can do is make it so no one can make a profile or access your profile unless they put in a password. I know that you can lock your profile with a passcode.
im not sure if this will help but if you go into the parental settings and go to the rating control set the maxuim rating to G and then set a password! from then on you cant play any games unless yoou have a pin code that only you would know! i did it to my brother, so people can turn it on but they cant use it for anything.
