ok i got the shadowrun demo and i think its a great game. but all of the game journalist say that it sucks and stuff. but i really enjoy its fresh style of gameplay. so should i get it, i want to but do u think it will be worth my money??
If you like it then go for it. Honestly the only opinion that matters in the end will be yours. Reviews from other sources are more of a guide then anything.

I liked the demo so I got the game today. It seems the more I play the more I wish I would've paid less then $60 for it. This game is striped down and I don't see how they can charge $60 for it. arnt M$ developed games suppost to be $49? this game is fun at first, but I has connetion problems and for an onlineonly game come on M$!! there are 3 game types, that are all capture the flag "I dont care what they say, they are all capture the flag one way or another". I don't see this game lasting beyond the next round of good games to come out, in other words once the gta4 halo3 and other games come out this game will die unless M$ does some major overhaling and lotts of free new levels game modes. you can play off line with bots, but no split screen gameplay at all wtf M$. Rent this game before you buy, you may just save yourself some $$

how about don't listen to YOU. this is just my opinion. I can have 1 and all the stuff I said is true. the carbon copy game modes, the game connection problems, the offline mode with no split screen play, just you and bots or you can lan with a friend. the fact that this game is over priced at $60 for what you get.
This game isa lot of fun, and the "fun factor" does not match the review scores. It is weird though because I understand the scores, and yet I gave it an 8.8.
Is it overpriced? Yes, actually I would agree $60 seems steep for this game, and I would be willing to bet that if it was sold for $40 the review scores would bea point or two higher. I do hope for FREE downloadable content.
Buy whatever makes you happy. Reviews are just a benchmark to judge a) its technical merits and b) the opinion of a professional(usually). I'd give it about a 7.5 myself. Its a good game (good = 7-7.9), but it's not without its flaws. It is fun, though.

At this point in time what he says is true. Free DLC and some technical work could fix that, though :) It's still fun despite these problems imo. (I paid 45 bucks for the PC version, so it's not too big of a deal there)
If you listen to the review then Pac Man CE is better than Shadowrun and that's just ludicrous. Get the game cause it's 100 times better than the demo even.. If you bought Halo 2 for its single player than your crazy, in fact I don't believe I even finished it, but I played the hell outta the multiplayer.. Shadowrun is the most balanced multiplayer game yet, and with abilities so fun to use it's different every time.
yeah, go by your own opinions, not other people's. anyways, i dont own the game, but im gettin xbl in approximately 3-4 days, so i hopefully will soon. it looks like it's as close as i can get to CS on the 360, which is good enough for me :)

Exactly bro! That statement cannot be anymore true! Ive played games that in my opinion werent that great and reviews gave them awards and near perfect scores! Dont listen to the reviews! Thats why the demoes are on xbox live! Download it, play it! If u like it then buy it!:D
MOST people that have it like it - the reviewers are giving it a more technical look and don't usually take the actual "fun factor" into account. Any game YOU like YOU should get - regardless of if someone else likes it or not.

ugh... this really ticks me off... if you like it buy it... it's not like they made the best demo in the history of video games and then when you get the full game you think that it rules in one way ... and the one way it rules is it rules by sucking ..
honestly i haven't played this game YET but i heard from rsv players that it's awesome and a ton of people play it
The Darkness is spreading jun 26,07 so save your money. ever hear of Starbreeze!!!ever heard of a lil game called The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay!!!! noobs do some research buy The Darkness. there's more people playing the demo of shadowrun then the number of people that have the full game,witch was like 3,500 hahaha thats chump change to GOW and the darkness looks to be the GOW KILLER for the summer holla ya boy DRO

I like it a lot, but I don't think it's worth 60 bucks. There's just not enough to it. An SP game would have had me sold on this or a 40 dollar price tag.

Ok I dont know why everyone is so influenced by the reviews so im going to tell you exactly what i told someone else on these boards.We are the professionals we are gamers we play all the games buy the ones we like and trade in the ones we don't what makes you think the reviewers are more qualified than anyone else did you think they went to some kind of game playing school no they just play games like you do and then write their opinion.
