It should work, but not sure what will happen if you are both signed in at the same time on two different consoles.

aslong as u dont let him change the password to the account, u can import it back no problem.

Then it should be fine, only thing is that he will have all of your infromation you used to sign of for that account on his 360. Name, phone #, address and so on.
