save coin and buy a refurbished xbox 360 and if its not registered on xbox.com register it and play it till it breaks, then send it in and get another one for free? or just buy a new one that will evntually break anyway?

Get a refurbished one. IMO, theyve been getting better at refurbishing and redistribution. Ive been on a "new" console since my second redring and that was 6 months ago. No problems yet.

hmm. then probably new would be better. i cant know for sure because i got a new one 2 years ago and have been going through microsoft for problems since. new would probably be safer, at least.
