yes, they send you a refurbished one. their factory for fixing them has a pile ready to go as soon as they get yours in and check that the seal isn't broken. speeds up the process, can you imagine throwing all the old ones away? i returned mine 3 or 4 times. ask for a free game for the inconvenience; they'll do it.
Yes they will send a refurbished 1. I have sent back 2 to microsoft and yes I have the new xbox with the falcon and hdmi; anyway I just modded mine with a new fan and I hooked up a intercooler ts to it, so im keeping my fingers crossed.
i sent mine in and recieved a refurbished one.. It has been working great.. I should've asked for a free game though.. I didn't know they did that until it was too late
Hi guys I just sent mines like 5 days ago now it says its in repair progress, this is my 3rd one? Am thinking of telling them for a free game, but how would you go on telling them to gve you a free game, since when I called them 3 days ago, I told them I should get something free and they hesitated but finally said they would only give me a 1 month xbox live, but I already got live?
