I have had a 360 since launch and i have been very happy with everything. Well i was thinking about getting the elite, because 120gb hardrive i have 3gb left in my 20gb, HDMI i have a 1080p tv. So is it worth getting a 360 elite?

not right now i'm not because i dont feel the need for the elite what is the big deal about HDMI I have it for my PS3 and the graphis arent any better than the 360 with component

It only matters if your 1080p TV is bigger than 40"...
You shouldint get it.I mean it looks cool but to much money just for a black box (done right you can get a black box with a can of black Krylon and a little practice and correct measurement ) and HDMi is sweet ( cause i have a PS3 ) But it doesint make the HUGE diffrence some pepole just exsagerate about the diffrence.Just buy the 120GB Harddrive if you need the extra space.And you save yourself alot of money witch you can spend on accessories or games.
I have a Samsung LNT4665F 1080P LCD and the Elite looks amazing. The quality of HDMI is really noticeable in really dark scenes in a game like Crackdown when you entered a room and all you could see a wash of black and now wall. Now I can see the line of the wall. This is a very minute detail but it makes a difference. I didn't have a problem in price either because I've been through 2 360's since launch my local GameStop got used to me returning them so I put everything important on my memory card and told them I had another broken one and simply asked could I exchange it for an Elite this time and pay the difference. Luckily he didn't give me crap and I'm happy very happy with it.
It's worth it if you're buying a new 360, but I wouldn't recommend upgrading. The larger hard drive is sold seperately. Personally, I think the white console looks better than the black. The HDMI is nice, but not worth $480... particularly since MS just fixed the color washout problems with VGA hookups. Then there's the DRM issue, where you have to be connected to XBL whenever you access your arcade games or DLC.
