Is Microsofts Xbox live down??

WHen i do the test connection it fails on the Xbox LIve connect part. This is a problem on Microsofts end right?

For the most part, my live has been working fine.

Other than dashboard sometimes not loading.

for the first time in a long time... It's working for me
