is my 360 going to die soon

i turned it on my xbox today and the title screen came up but it takes 15-30 seconds for it to go away then the menu pops up everything is good until i try to start my game then it just gets froozen on a black screen

dude you should send it in if it breaks, sell it, (I think gamestop considers the ones microsoft sends back new) and buy a new one from best buy and get the warranty with it. It's like 40 bucks, but if it breaks you just go to Best Buy show the xbox to them and they'll give you a brand new one for free. Plus, it saves you from the crappy microsoft customer service which it sounds like you know about.

about 3 or 4 months

the last time i sent it in the game a 3 months free card which i dont really need i was originally promised an elite or upgrade in memory

but if i have to turn this one in(my 360 off right nowimto scared to turn it on right now)and my next one gets RROD'd im dome with microsoft

Well damn. That sucks. I had mine for longer than a year (got it on Christmas in 2007) and used its warranty on the same day so it expired on 2008's Chiristmas. And now i have the E74 code.
