Specifically playing Halo Reach Campaign online, or will I lag/drop out too much?

I play with a rubbish connection, (0.76Mb download, 0.92Mb upload) and have never been disconnected and rarely experience lag, especially in campaign online. My guess is that you should be fine.

yes OP. That's almost exactly the speed I have and have not had any issues with any online play. I don't have Halo Reach but play other shooters online. You should have no problem.
