Is my xbox Blind?

I swear it is. Everytime i put a game in it it says "put the cd into an xbox360 counsel." i know its not the games now because the day i bought halo wars i put it in. NO SCRATCHES and it still happened. it mostly happens with good games too. like everyday i have to put fall out in and out like 47 times before it works. It is a referbished xbox. i sent my old one in to microsoft cuz it broke and they sent anotherone back because they couldnt fix it. and it just started to do this in the past 3 months. it worked the last year before that. what the hell is the matter :O should i send it back in or can i fix it some how?

It's probably something with your laser lences, perhaps call Microsoft first before doing anything. And GoodLuck with it.

I think xbox 360 has a yr or so warranty, So its best to call them up. And I was saying Goodluck, because I wish you goodluck, its not like I'm saying your xbox is dead and never to return. lol. I think their number is like 1-800-4myxbox or something. i don't know. I never had a problem with mine. Thank God.

Also a tip, never have your xbox360 standing up straight, have it laying flat down. There for the cd's don't bounce around causing "The Ring Of Death".

microsoft really needs to fix these consoles hardware problems, AND NOT MAKE US PAY 100$ BECAUSE THEY CANT MAKE THEIR STUFF THE RIGHT WAY!

Lol, ya I know its stupid how new systems break. I think I've heard their old xbox the orginal was really hard to break. I could be wrong though. But then again Microsoft has its moments of being bad.... I bought a new headset for msn and it didn't work well, and I've tried to do everything with it to make the sound louder on it. I also had problems with 2 Microsoft Mice for my laptop the usb plugs ended up being bad, easily to break, So I ended up getting a logitech for my laptop :) Logitech rules!
