There is a demo for download on the marketplace - check it out - personally I wasn't impressed. Everything moves a little too fast for me to follow. Just not my type of game, but make your own assumptions, don't go by what I said.
i was hoping tecmo would focus more in the story this time around but didnt... anyways this game is amazing its really fun to play and very bloody... dont be cheap and do yourself a favor and buy this awesome game.

i bought it at release and its not hard at all i think its the easiest one so far i just beat it 3 days ago it only got a little hard towards the end the boss battles i insanely easy i think idk about other people but i was able to beat each boss without useing one health item only towards the end fighting all the bosses and the main boss i found myself in a bit of a troublesum but deffinaly worth the cash for it and their will probley be downloadable content for it now this is only my opinion on how easy it was for me so its a good to give a try any average gamer can beat this no problem unlike the first one was insanely hard and i mean by the very first verison just like this one cuz they will probley make more then one verison of this i wouldnt be suprise if they did.
For me, it's the best game in it's genre. The only flaw is the story, everything else in the game is near perfect. Aurey
I agree but when it comes down to action games like these that focuses a lot more on gameplay and trying to beat the level...you don't really think about the story much but yeah I see what you mean...I would have gave it a 10 if the storyline was epic and voice acting too.
The game is fun, beautiful, bloody, violent, fast, and polished. These games are NOT too hard either, i dont know about you but i prefer a LITTLE challenge in games. When you master the battle system and weapons as well as the blocking techniques then you will realize the a great diffuculty is only fare for the npc's to have a chance against you. Just d/l the demo.
Its a great game, that is a challenge(which makes it that much more fun). I think games have lost that challenge and have been more focused on having the player just play through a story.
the game is really good. If you played the first one, it's like and upgraded version of that (play wise)- its got new and upgradeable weapons and better combos and really cool (sometimes repetitive) finishing moves. It is pretty hard once you get a few chapters in, so be sure to bring yor A game when you play.
