It's 30-40 hours of extra play...you pay more for full games that give you 8-10 hours...totally worth it, if you love oblivion you have to get Shivering Isles

If I recall correctly I didn't get nearly that much play time out of it. Either way definitely worth a buy.

I had a wierd connection to XBL through internet sharing on my laptop that used to work but stopped working properly when I downloaded an update. XBL took my money for points and let me browse the marketplace but the downloads would only read 1% then time out (pretty crappy software design there, I had enough bandwidth to give them money, but not enough to actually get what I purchased). Tech support couldn't figure out the problem and they refunded me the points (not the money). Then I went to my parents house to try to buy it again with their internet connection and the download started without taking my points since I had already "bought" it.
It is definitely worth the cost, it's half the price of you average game, and twice as long. The quests and landscape is so unique that you can even spend time admiring it. Plus another 250 achievement points to work for in the main quest doesn't hurt....
dude wait for the GOTY edition coming out in september or october, it will be $60 and it has the original game, shivering isles, and knights of the nine in it.

I wish I had had the money to get it before I traded the game in...I'll always have that extra 250 achievement points sitting there, never to be unlocked.
