Is the end of 2009 kinda late to get a 360?

I'm planning on buying a X360 by the end of 2009. But do you think it'll be pretty late to get one then? Do you thinkI should wait for next Xbox? Do you think it'll be compatible with all 360 or only some of them like the original Xbox?

this is a good time to invest in a ps3, it will be around until 2016

Really, you're gonna get the best deals now. You can find all the great games from 2005-2007 for real cheap and you're gonna get the latest Xbox360 hardware, which is much more reliable than it was in the past. Also, for $300, you'll now get a 60GB harddrive, wireless controller, headset, component cables, and an ethernet cable, while back in the day, $300 only got you a wired controller and composite cables.

Why would it be too late??? You will have the opportunity to play all the new games as well as pay little to nothing for those awesome older games most of us paid top dollar for.

its not too late but it is kinda, the next xbox is expected mid 2012, but i doubt you want to wait that long so you might as well pick up a cheap second hand xbox.

typical hater, are u serious? the ps3 has better games then the 360, other than halo 3 which wasnt that great, and gears of war which is overrated, it has nothing, ps3 got so much more eclusives that are 9s and up

You seems to be quite the typical haters too if you can't see some 360 games(aside halo3 and gears) are betterthen some ps3 games. Same with PS3 which have some games better then some 360 games.

I doubt you've ever played Gears 2... If yes, then i presume youturned your fanboy blindness to the max.

The next xbox won't be untill 2015ish, so no, it isn't late (grannies are still buying ps2's for their grandchildren after all.... :P )
