yes and looks quite good too. many people play their 360 on a computer monitor because it is the cheapest way to get high defenition for the 360. i wish the ps3 had a similar solution.Rev2221I'm pretty sure a third party developer will make one. I play my 360 on my monitor and the only problem is you're sitting close, but the resolution isn't any sharper than an HD( on my monitor) so it looks blurrier than an HD tv and the colors aren't quite as crisp. Although, there are a few things you can do to help the colors
i dont know what the guy above me is talking about. unless he is talking about the occasional spot in a game where i see alot of wierd blurry spot from certain angles. but for the most part if you put money into a decent monitor you can get your images in at least 720. i compared my monitor image to my dads hd tv and it doesnt look my different. although on a monitor it seems to always be darker than on a tv. Kobewars87Yeah, well I don't have a decent monitor. I have an HP 15'' 1024x768 monitor that came iwth my PC abut 4 years ago
Hello everyone.
I am playing my Xbox 360 console through my PC monitor. I am connecting it via the official Microsoft Xbox 360 VGA cable. My question is, is this method high definition? Am I getting my video and games in HD? Thanks a lot.

You type like a robot, no offense at all, really, it's kinda funny how you had to include "console" at the end of "xbox 360". Just thought that was slightly humorous. Anyway, it depends on the monitor. I doubt my monitor would do it, but for just around $200 you can get a nice, big monitor that can do upper-end HD.
Yes it is. I run my 360 vie the VGA cable and it looks better then the cable that came with the 360.
im not running it on a computer screen.. but a full HD.46inch looks super
its amazing how uneducated people are on gamespot about computers and resolutionswhite45e
Well what do yo expect? They're all pre-pubescent for the most part.
