I have it and I've never had any problems with it. It's worth it, but I do find it a bit expensive. See if you can find a used one at either Gamestop or EB Games.BigDaddyChaconAgreed. My friend has it (MS adapter) and it also works flawlessly. Depending on your price point a Wireless ethernet bridge is also a good alternative.
No, IMO it's not worth getting. Just purchase a wireless ethernet bridge. They are much cheaper and they work without any flaws. (As far as I'm concerned).Dr_JekyllAgreed...Although the adaptor's easy to use from what I hear, I didn't think it was worth the price. I'm using a travel router with a client mode that I got for $45 and it works great with the 360. It has to be configured with a computer, but once it is, it's pretty much plug and play (as a bonus, it's powered by the USB port).

I try and have as few wires as possible.
If you have $100 to spend and you don't want cords then it is worth it. I bought one since I play on a different floor than my router, and it works great. I have never had any problems with lag or connecting or anything.Goldeneyemaster
The wireless network adapter is excellent... I haven't had any problems with lag either. The only gripe I can make about it is that it's pricey... but it works so it's better than paying $50-$70 for something that's going to lag like an MFer.
