Is there a controller for people with sweaty hands?

Hi everyone, as the thread title implies, I'm looking for a controller or an accessory for the controller to help people with sweaty hands. I'm really competitive in regards to first person shooters, but once my hands start sweating my skill in a game goes down the hill. I find it hard to aim correctly when I have to keep adjusting my thumbs on the analog sticks. So if anyone knows of a controller or an accessory for people like myself, I will be forever in your debt.

Any intense first person shooter like COD4 or Halo3.
