Is there a metro 2033 ranger pack DLC on ebay?

The reason why i'm asking is because I don't want to buy 400 Microsoft points for five dollars. I just want to buy the whole dlc cheaper.

well you can buy points on ebay for cheap and use those points to get the DLC. i think it contains 2 new weapons a several new achievements. i dont think they would put that in a disc

So far there's no codes for it.
