Is there a way to report Racist, Bigotted 12 year olds on XBL?

I don't have a 360 but I love playing GeoW and Halo3 on Live when I'm at my buddy's apartment. But we've both been pretty sick of hearing prepubescent little creeps taint our online fun.

So we've been wondering if there was a way to not just mute them, but report them to the head haunchos at microsoft.

We do mute them, but it seems like there's a tsunami full of them... It seems that when we mute one, two show up. It would just be nice for us to have something that would rid XBL of this crap altogether instead of merely silencing it.

Does leaving a complaint lead to anything other than warn other players?

you gotta mute them leave negative feedback and also select avoid player it is a feature that will make it less likely youll run into that gamer again
