Is there an HDTV / SDTV switch on the 360?

Is there some switch on the 360 or one of its wires or something where you can select HTDV or SDTV, depending on what type of TV you have it plugged into?

I thought I heard something about this but I can't find any switch on my 360.

I have an Elite system that I bought a couple months ago and I am hooking it up to an HDTV.

For component cables, yes it is located on the connector that plugs into the 360... For all others, no...

If you bought an Elite it'll come w/ an HDMI cable...USE IT and don't look back.

Yes there is a switch on the component cables but if your going to play on an HDTV then just get an HDMI cable.
