The no continue achievement is glitched so even if you wanted to try and get it you never can. As for downloading it after it's been removed.. only way is if you bought it before it was removed or know someone that did then transfer the licence to your 360.
Why has it been removed?
I have it on my xbox, downloaded when it was available.

Probably because Midway went bankrupt last year and is in the middle of a windup. I personally don't know if Smash TV was among the properties bought by Warner Bros. during the proceedings, but in any event, the game's rights changed hands. Without a clear line as to who to send along the cut, MS probably felt it best to pull the game until the new owner (if any) gave the go-ahead to re-release it.Why has it been removed?

this is why you KEEP your original Xbox, that way you can play midway treasures. :-) but it would have been nice if MS had done a better job of Backward compatibliity (or if sony had kept it in their ps3.....)

You're right about keeping your old Xbox...I did...but Smash TV is an Xbox Live Arcade Game that is no longer on the Marketplace. Not an original Xbox title.this is why you KEEP your original Xbox, that way you can play midway treasures. :-) but it would have been nice if MS had done a better job of Backward compatibliity (or if sony had kept it in their ps3.....)
