there beta b im in love with GH 3 and now i jus want more songs cause ive lost count how many times ive played the same songs over and over again

I felt the same way with gh2, but now i wanna go back and play those songs again.
IMO guitar hero 2 had parts that made you want to play because they were really cool note charts, but gh3 just focuses on painfully difficult note charts that i dont want to play anymore. Raining Blood? great song, but once i beat it on xpert(last song to beat before the devil for me), i probably won't play it again. that and the first, second setlists, and a few of the encores were terrible. Loved setlists 5,6,7 though
IMO? Who cares? The question I'm asking is whether or not there will be a Rock Band 2.
Activision is running that series into the ground... just like they did to Tony Hawk, and just like they'll do to James Bond and whatever other licenses they pick up. Last good game they made that somebody else didn't think up first was Plaque Attack for the 2600.

Um this is EA we are talking about, they specilize in milking a franchise. There will be 4 Guitar Hero games next year including Guitar Hero 4! Me thinks if Rockband is nearly as successfull as Guitar Hero they will do the same because it makes money.
Yeh i would love to see another GH game. With more metal songs, like decapitated, all shall perish, nile, and other technical songs. Get zepplin and maybe some more iron maiden, van halen. their are so many great songs. Or if they would allow like a custom program to create your own songs, now that would be sick.

The metal songs are by far the most fun to play imo so thats a good point. But yeh i'd prefer them without a "singer" who sounds like he has been gargling glass all his life... can't stand that stuff personally.
